CFO Client Consultant - Remote Position

RADAR Nonprofit Solutions has an immediate need for a CFO Client Consultant to join our team. Responsibilities of this position include leading the services teams for assigned clients. This position is held accountable by the Primary CFO Client Consultant.

The primary responsibilities for this position are as follows:

• Act as primary RADAR liaison with client representatives
  
• Manage communication between client and RADAR


• Lead implementations for new clients


• Establish appropriate controls within teams


• Work with the leadership team to make sure that overall finance operations are running smoothly


• Manage overall workload of RADAR staff in collaboration with all CFO Client Consultants and Principal CFO Client Consultant


• Provide guidance and oversight on client budgets and forecasts
  
• Act as client CFO at board and committee meetings as needed


• Keep client calendars up to date


• Act as Coach to assigned RADAR staff members, offering guidance and support throughout their time at RADAR

Other duties

• Special projects as assigned


• Assists other teams as needed

Skills and Education:

• CPA Required


• Ability and willingness to learn new systems and skills


• Ability to meet deadlines while handling multiple priorities


• Detail oriented and highly organized


• Adept at problem-solving and critical thinking


• Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills


• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities


• Computer literacy in Office Windows environment including proficiency with Excel


• Experience with nonprofit accounting highly preferred
