Help Wanted: Golf Caddies Needed at The Eighteen Hole Course at Baker National Golf Course in Medina, MN

students are encouraged to apply for year-round caddie positions at our golf course. Enjoy working outdoors, networking with golfers from around the world, and earning significant money depending on your availability. Our team prioritizes safety protocols to ensure a positive experience for both caddies and patrons.

What We Expect from Our Golf Caddies
• Cheerfully engage with golfers and club visitors, providing exceptional customer service
• Accompany golfers throughout the course, carrying golf bags up to 35 pounds each
• Offer course knowledge and information
• Assist with decision-making and yardage calculations
• Locate errant shots and maintain the course
• Clean clubs and golf balls

Education and Experience Requirements
• General golf knowledge is preferred, but professional experience is not required
• Outgoing personality with a focus on customer service
• Ability to carry two bags weighing up to 35 pounds each while walking the course multiple times a day
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or outdoor roles is a plus, but not required
